Ali Ross, MPAS, PA-C

Ali was born and raised in the Midwest before moving to Texas for high school and later college at Texas A&M University where she studied Nutritional Science. After completing her undergraduate studies she attended the highly accredited Physician Assistant Masters Program at University Of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

Ali loves orthopedics and the complexity of the shoulder. She enjoys caring for patients and repairing their “throwing arm”.

Patients love Ali’s professional and caring bedside manner. She really wants to get to know each patient and personalize their care and treatment. She also has a heart for the PA profession and mentoring novice PAs and PA students.

In her free time you can catch her at any live sports or music event alongside her husband, cheering on her 2 boys at a baseball game or running on town lake.

Shoulder Anatomy 101

Dr. Seade explains and reviews basic shoulder anatomy including the ligaments and three main bones in the shoulder, what can cause the shoulder to dislocate or "pop out", AC joint injuries, rotator cuff tendons and muscles.

 

Shoulder Exercises

Dr. Seade explains and demonstrates basic shoulder exercises for the rotator cuff, shoulder instability, arthritic shoulders, scapula and passive range of motion.
