Garner & Riley Physical Therapy was established in 2001 to provide a quality clinic for outpatient rehabilitation services, without the commute to Austin. Founded by Tim Garner, Scott Riley, and Connie Wallace in response to a need for exceptional services for Bastrop County, we have developed a knowledgeable and caring staff, who encourage the rehabilitation process by eliminating unnecessary obstacles and conflicts that often arise in healthcare settings. All of our physical therapists are Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, a mark of advanced clinical experience that is widely recognized in the physical therapy profession.
